Detailed Submission Instructions

Submitting a proposal for a complete session is a two step process.

Step 1:
email your cv and proposal to the WebmasterSend an e-mail to shotwebmaster@virginia.edu with a single attachment containing
(1) a description of the session, (2) an abstract of no more than 500 words of all papers included in the session and (3) for each participant a current cv in one of the following file formats: doc, docx, rtf or pdf. IMPORTANT: Name your attachment with your last name and the word ‘proposal’, e.g. ‘Smith_session.doc’. Please adhere to the 500-word limit and avoid unusual fonts or special formatting that may interfere with the committee's ability to review your proposal.

Step 2:
Enter information below for yourself and all other participants in the session, as well as for the session theme and proposed papers. Please be sure to complete all three parts of the form--then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

To report a problem or ask a question about submitting information, please email the Webmaster.
