Irene Anastasiadou is a collaborative researcher at the department of History and Philosophy of Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She was awarded her PhD from the Eindhoven University of Technology in January 2009. In her thesis she discusses the co‐construction of interwar Europe and its railways. She has worked as a post‐doctoral researcher at the Eindhoven University of Technology for two more years. Her research was financed by the Eurocores, Inventing Europe, and the Knowledge Network for System Innovations and Transitions (KSI) research programs.
