Dear SHOT Community,
We have been made aware that several SHOT Members received personalized emails of Global Travel Team or Global Travel Management concerning hotel accommodation in Luxembourg. This organization is not in any way affiliated to SHOT or to our partners in Luxembourg. They scan various conference programs and try to offer services in personalized emails with your name. Please do not respond to those messages or provide them with any of your personal details. We believe it is a scam.
We want to emphasize that SHOT has not provided participants’ email addresses to this or any other company and that SHOT is not publishing participants’ email addresses online.
If you receive an email from this company or anything similar, mark it as spam and delete it immediately.
If you are contacted by any such agency or have any questions regarding their legitimacy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
