Technology in Motion Series – SHOT is looking for a new editorial team
Pam Long and Bob Post, past president and longtime T&C editor, inaugurated this series
which was a loose collaborative effort between SHOT and the American Historical
Association. Around the time JHUP began Technology and Culture, Acquisitions Editor
Matthew McAdam, noticed Pam Long’s display of booklets and proposed creating a formal
series. At present, 4 volumes have been published under the “Technology in Motion” series
name and there are 3 remaining volumes under contract.
The current series editors Pam Long and Assif Siddiqi announced their desire to step down
from the editorship of the “Technology in Motion” series published by Johns Hopkins
University Press.
SHOT is looking for a new editorial team for the series.
