Warning Phishing Emails
Dear SHOT community,
We’ve had reports that phishing email messages are circulating, appearing to come from SHOT President Deborah Douglas, T&C Editor in Chief Ruth Oldenziel, and other SHOT officers.
These fake emails ask you to make a money transfer on behalf of SHOT. These request are fake! We will never ask to make a wire transfer or otherwise send money on behalf of SHOT!
So please be instantly suspicious of any such requests. Do not reply to these mails and do not click on any links! Delete the mails as soon as possible.
