SHOT has reserved a number of rooms on the University of Luxembourg’s Belval campus. These rooms will be made available for SHOT members who have limited physical mobility. If this applies to you, please reach out to the SHOT Secretariat and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. The surrounding area offers a variety of hotels and Airbnb listings. For those interested in environmentally conscious travel, we also suggest accommodation certified with a national eco-label for sustainability.
Please note: SHOT 2025 does NOT have a designated conference hotel. This is due to the conference taking place on the C2DH Belval university campus. However, the list of hotels below have been approved by our partners in Luxembourg as suitable to delegates’ needs. Please also remember that Luxembourg is a small country, so public transit travel times are very friendly. Additionally, public transit is free of charge.
