Waqar Zaidi completed his MSc degree in 2004 at the Centre for the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine of Imperial College in London. In 2008 he completed his PhD at the same institute. The title of his dissertation was “Technology and the Reconstruction of International Relations: Liberal Internationalist Proposals for the Internationalisation of Aviation and the International Control of Atomic Energy in Britain, USA and France, 1920-1950”.  Since 2013 he is working as assistant professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of Lahore University of Management Science in Lahore, Pakistan.
