Registration information for the joint meeting in CHILE
Conference registration
You can now register for the joint ICOHTEC-SHOT 2024 Meeting.
Please make sure to read the instructions below first. Due to software changes the registration form is less self explaining then before. In case you experience any problems please contact us at [email protected]
Instructions/Guidelines
- Use of Promo Codes: If you received a Promo Code for your registration (for instance for the SIGCIS only Sunday Meeting, or for a reduced registration fee for some of our grant recipients) please add the Promo Code and activate it. After acceptance of the Promo Code by the registration system scroll down to to final ticket option (that is the registration fee appearing right after the Non-member student Early registration fee) and select that fee.
- Both SHOT and ICOHTEC offer membership in combination with your registration. If so please select one of the member registration fees and select one of the ICOHTEC of SHOT membership options in the last section of the registration form. We will provide you a combined invoice after the meeting. Please note that credit card/handling costs are added, so it might be cheaper to renew your membership(s) via the societies websites directly.
- Concerning lunch meetings please note that is practicable not possible to attend more than one lunch meeting in one time slot.
- Payments: All amount and payments will be in US Dollars.
- Payments are handled via PayPal. In general this is causing no problems. However in some cases we have found that selecting the Credit Card option does not work. We are working with the provider to solve this. If you encounter a problem with your Credit Card payment please let us know. Due to software changes we are not receiving notifications anymore in case of an incomplete registration. So if you get stuck, in any part of the registration, please do contact us, we are here to assist you!
- You should receive an automated confirmation email from the registration system (please also check your spam folder). If you have not received a confirmation mail please let us know so that we can check whether the registration was processed.
